Problem
What to do
No audio from the
AUX source
Make sure the connected mobile device is on and playing.
Press the AUX button and check that the AUX indicator is on.
Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted into the speaker, and
fully inserted into the source device.
Turn up the speaker volume to make sure the speaker is not muted.
Increase the volume level on the AUX device.
Try using a different AUX cable.
Poor sound quality
from an AUX device
Make sure the audio cable is firmly connected to the AUX IN
connector speaker and the source device.
Try connecting a different AUX device.
Factory reset
To restore the speaker to factory default settings (clear memory, clear language
selection, etc.) press and hold
and at the same time for ten seconds.
Cleaning
To clean the exterior surface of your product, you can wipe it using a soft, dry
cloth.
• Do not use solvents, chemicals, or sprays.
• Do not allow liquids to spill or objects to drop into any openings.
